Don’t ever try using their online ordering tool. More than half the products they list on their website they don’t even sell. I’m not talking about out of stock items. They literally advertise an item for sale and don’t even carry it anymore. Then charge you for an item you didn’t even want.

Bobbie the manager is amazing to work with, goes above and beyond to make your flowers special. The staff overall awesome to work with. The flowers were delivered 30 minutes before the scheduled time, the young man that delivers them was very nice. The theme was a winter theme and I was blown away by everything.
