I was told by one of the “team lead” that stands around doing nothing but chat with her coworker that i should not use the self check out because i have a lot of items in my cart. She said, she will get yelled at by her boss if She doesnt ask customers to use the regular check out. lack of way to communicate- sit on hold for an hour, for no one to come back to the phone. They moved my pick up time over and hour later, when I would be at work and I had no way to communicate with them to either reschedule or cancel order.I understand people are busy, but something has to give.

4th time of this happening and the management doing NOTHING but they walked the old racist lady out to her car. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you need to go to hyvee I suggest the one on 64th street
I was fortunate enough to be the Ronald McDonald House volunteer today for the Chiefs Red Friday flag sales. When I arrived, the table was set up beautifully & everything was ready. The HyVee staff were all so kind & considerate. Jenny made beautiful balloon trees & all the decor she set up looked wonderful. Thanks for making this a great experience today! Hope to be back again next year!
I placed an aisles on line order for pick up. When I arrived they promptly came out to verify my name and then placed my groceries in my car. When I got home I had someone else's order because none of what I received is what I ordered. Unfortunately this seems to be common practice because this has happened before. Big lack of quality control!! The photo is what so received. I'm sure whoever these belong to wasn't happy either when they arrived to pick up their order.
Today, Friday, July 30, 2021, I had a great new experience at your cafe. I wanted some breakfast and coffee. As I came to the counter mid-morning today, I was greeted by by a polite, cheerful host / waitress. She took my order and accompanied me to a seating place. She left me a menu then went right away to get my coffee and the usual cream and sugar. She came back with those items in hand and took my breakfast order.
