I left my wallet in a cart and didn't realize until hours later. I called and Ashley went through the security footage to see what happened. I am so extremely lucky that the person who found it returned it to customer service untouched. But the urgency and compassion from Ashley was so comforting. This is not my local hyvee but they all are the same with their employees truly there to help and lend a friendly smile to their customers
Went to the Market Grille today and had a delicious omelet for lunch. Would love to see some healthier low calorie items on the menu such as a chicken wrap or some specialized salad options.
I will always shop at this store. I have a 4 year old grandson with autism. His mother and I were checking out and being helped by a wonderful young man who noticed a tattoo of a puzzle piece on my daughter's arm and stated he had autism also. It meant a lot to me and my daughter to see such a nice young man with a disability working at hy vee and being treated so respectfully by the management at this store. Tried the Market Grille today, they had advertised "cheesecake factory slices for $4", however they have a choice of 1, the bakery has a choice of 3, but not for $4, but rather $7.I ordered a bacon bbq cheeseburger for $12, nothing bbq about it and the grease was dripping down my arm.
