Very disappointed with my most recent visit to this location. I had a cart full of groceries. I was left to load everything back into the cart after checking out. And no one offered to carry out. I made a comment about the lack of help and no one cared or stepped up to help. I will shop at a different location even though it is further to drive. I've had it with the lack of customer service at the 108th and Fort store.
Rude. Disrespectful. Worst customer service ever received at a grocery store. That's ok, will just shop elsewhere. Lots of other stores around who treat customers as they should be treated.
So last night I asked about the circular that got delivered earlier this week. I had viewed it at work but didn't receive one at home (I do not get a daily paper). When I asked for one I was told they were sent to customers that had a Perks Plus card, which I showed to the manager. Then I was told they are mailed with specific coupons based on your shopping perefences. Thanks to Tim in the liquor department for finding my favorite Original Sin and getting a case for me. Will buy again, much closer to me and don't have a to make a special trip!
