Used Hy-Vee aisle online pickup. It’s super convenient but took 25 minutes for them to bring the groceries to my car. I could’ve shopped for myself faster. Very frustrating!

Angela, the front end supervisor was extremely rude to us today, and the manager on duty didn’t seem to care at all. The older man that stocks in the produce section creeps us out, as he is way to eager to interact with our young child. Dude has even ran his cart into me to interact with my son. I get that old people enjoy kids but he gives off a “Herbert the pervert” vibe. We try to avoid him but he will literally go all the way across the section just to say something to him and stare.

The Pharmacy at 108th and Fort needs to be praised for their outstanding customer service! This morning I ran into a predicament with a new blood thinner I had been put on by my doctor. The coupon I was given by my doctor turned out to not be a coupon at all. To my surprise, when I went to pick up my prescription the bill was $Xxxx.00 !!! Definitely over my budget but essential for me to have. The Pharmacist spent several hours working with me and the on-call Cardiologist to find a solution. Not once did she lose her patienc... read more

We went into a quick check out line with 3 items, we had everything on the counter when the manager told the cashier it was time for her to leave. she turned off her light and said “you guys will need to go to another line” we also tried breakfast there, after 45 minutes we went up to the counter and wanted our money back. the manager kept saying stuff under her breath to the cashier and never even said sorry. We ended up getting all our money back.
