I wish you would go back to sending out your weekly flyers on Tuesdays /Wednesdays. We don't subscribe to the Sunday newspaper and are usually at the lake on the weekends. I preferred getting the ad in the mail so I could shop on Thursday nights before going to the lake.
Such wonderful customer service, everyone knows what they're doing & if they don't bc they're new they tell you instead of trying to waste your time pretending they do.The storei clean & someone is always around to help:-)

I love Hyvee. Always a good experience. I am frustrated to see that their weekly ads are going to be delivered in the KCStar. I dont get the star. I am on a tight budget and don't have room in my budget to get the star.
Love the store. Always plenty of helpful, friendly staff. Parking stinks. Didn't have enough parking when built then they put in a gas station and took up more spaces. Parking is a small inconvenience to endure for such a nice store. With better parking gets 5 star+ rating.
I just went up and dropped a couple of hundred dollars. The register wasn't giving full reward points for items that we bought, so we went to the front desk to get them straightened out. The little manager guy was a total ass hat! Basically called us liars about the points. Turns out cheese pizza isn't a topping. So they got it straight finally after he went to each location to check to see if we were telling the truth.
