I bought 3 5oz filet mignon and hate the way the bacon cooks on them so I took it off and found the filets not to be filets at all but pieced together meat,so I tooth picked them back together, called the store and the butcher just said thats the way it is,after cooking and starting to cut they became a long piece of meat like a hotdog and for 8.99 for 5oz.and also bought the large shrimp at 11.99 a lb. and when cleaning found half to be large and other half very small.So disappointed, never buy meat from hyvee again.and thi... read more
For those who shop or eat at this location,good for you. After the experience my wife and I just had there we will no longer eat or shop at a place that does not cater to the handicap.
Hy_Vee made a big mistake when they stopped the mail outside. They email them to us but it's not the same.
1.99 for a 20 ounce soft drink???!!!! Wow, are the cups laced with gold?
In the same boat as other recent reviews here. I do not like that the ad was moved to the Sunday paper. There really is no benefit in that. I find it annoying to go to the site, and know I would be annoyed with yet another email I have to check. On top of all that I don't have time make it to the store until Friday or Saturday so by then it's almost the last day of the ad deals because the ad change means sale dates changed.
