RecommendedOverall they Hy-Vee is a good grocery store. I like the great selection of gluten free products and the staff is helpful. I have two recurring issues with this location: (1) employees do not bag items correctly and I often have to correct them or move stuff around to avoid smashed produce; and (2) items are out of date - we check every item we buy now, but we have purchased out of date items including yogurt and granola. RecommendedI love this store and always find it a pleasant shopping experience. However, the current state of the parking lot is unacceptable. After almost wiping out while walking to my car, I felt compelled to write a complaint. The parking lot needs to be better plowed and cleared for the safety of their customers and employees.
