We went to see Chase tonight at Market Grill. We were seated, we ordered drinks, received them, and were told 3 times our server would be right with us. Watched several other families come in, order drinks, receive them, but they got to order food/were served food but we still didn’t even get to order food. (We sat there for 30minutes) Very disappointed in the non service and it was our first visit. My 3yr old was beyond excited to see Chase, that’s all that matters at this point. Hy-vee misplaced a corsage order for my 4-year-old and to make it up to her they had someone drive out to our house and hand deliver a BEAUTIFUL bouquet and apologized. Thanks BS Hy-vee for going above and beyond! *I've shared a picture in the comments.*
Best chicken ever
Every 6 months or so I get suckered into this store by an ad. Again today, everything we came for was sold out. Last visit.
I have been using aisles delivery for the past couple of months and it has been flawless. My last order was missing three items and I sent an email which has, to this day, gone unanswered. I then sent a message via Facebook two days ago which was read not long after I sent it. Still no response. The three missing items were not that much $ but the lack of communication is astounding. Your competitor now offers the same services and I may have to give them a try.
