Disrespectful employees who called me “Karen” when I asked the person serving food to put on his mask.
They are always helpful. I love this store! I hope you don’t start have all self help. I just left the Walmart neighborhood market because that’s all they have is shelf help. They have closed their regular maned lines!! I left my groceries and I told them I wasn’t coming back.

Due to the regular florists being deemd "non-essential" businesses, I wasn't sure how to get a flower delivery to my sister-in-law for her 60th birthday. The florist I first called suggested Hy-Vee, but said I couldn't go there, I live in Florida. So told my SIL that I wanted to send flowers but florists were closed and I laughed when they suggested HyVee because they did not know where I was located. I ordered delivery and was appalled that hyvee would charge $9.99 delivery fee but there wasn’t an option to add a tip at checkout for the delivery driver! This is not being treated like family...especially when they are risking their health for us to have food! I didn’t have cash because of all the germs! We used the Blue Springs location. Please let me know if I missed the option to tip...I felt really bad when receiving my groceries!
I was there at 7am this morning, I am a senior, and as expected it was very busy. It was easy to see that they’d worked very hard trying to get the store restocked before we all bombarded the place, and I really appreciate the hard work you all are doing! My concern though is this- So the city and mayor has stated that we are to maintain a distance of 6 feet from each other.
