I love this store! Always friendly ppl and the meat is exceptional!
This is my neighborhood store and it has been going downhill in service for the last couple months! I just left at one of their busiest times of day and the check out lines are all open and they do not have naggers!! I saw two naggers, two supervisors were at cust. Service and they wouldn't come and help! In fact at the pace they were walking around it was evident they didn't want to be there or no intention of working. NO smiles! Watch the fuel savers on the bakery items as they post $0.05 savings but rarely do they give it to you. Twice this week I have told them about it and they give it to me at customer support, but don't fix the system. I am sure many people are not getting what they should because of this.
Just had an amazing time at the Johnston Hy-Vee with the KidsFit event. My daughter learned a lot and the staff was very caring and provided a safe and fun environment. Would definitely recommend!!
