I needed to have my whole turkey cut into quarters because I live alone and I like to fix my turkey in smaller portions. I took it to the butcher and he was so courteous and graciously cut my turkey for me. While the butcher was working on my turkey, I needed to get a few grocery items. I had trouble finding a few items. Every Hy Vee employee that I asked for help, willingly and courteously walked me to where the item was located to make sure that I found it all right.
