Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had already booked an appointment for a manicure, pedicure, and acrylic nails. As soon as we arrived, we were told that they could not do any designs and could only do a simple colour. That was frustrating because if designs aren’t available, what is the point of booking an appointment? We eventually decided to get French tips and cat-eye.
