Jacob and Fred did a stellar job installing our new heat pump today. They went the extra mile setting up the thermostat. They we’re willing to work with us on running a wire through the vent and basement ceiling rather than drilling through the wall and running a conduit on the outside of the house. A much neater way to do it. They cleaned up well. The new heat pump is quieter than our old AC which is also a bonus.

We contacted Hy-Mark on a Saturday morning due to no hot water. Marc came within a few hours and after trouble shooting the issue with our hot water tank, was able to fix the problem. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
