I called Hy-Mark for a furnance inspection which was completed within a few days which was very helpful. At that time the technician, Fred, notified me that my HRV needed to be replaced. He had the office provide a quote for me. I proceed to research and obtain another quote. Their quote was fair and very reasonable compared to others I received. I proceed with the replacement. Fred and his partner Mark were professional, efficient, clean and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use Hy-Mark, Guelph again.
