Do not use this company!! Their warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.customer service is non existent . Their snake oil salesmen lied about the pitch of my roof said it was a 3-12 when it was barely 2-12 meaning their shingles would not work.They also assured me my roof deck was sound. They insisted on replacing the skylights that were perfectly fine, with their overpriced, sub- quality, and actually wrong for the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Hy Grade had a salesman sell me their product 2 years ago. My roof had a small leak. They lied to me about the pitch of my roof saying it was a 3-12 pitch, when it was barley a 2 -12 pitch, which meant that my roof should have been treated as a flat roof and their product would not work. They insisted on replacing my skylights (that were perfectly fine) and put in sub grade and totally wrong for the job. Do not use HyGrade! Considering all legal options at this time! I can’t give 0 stars unfortunately, but this company deserves 0 stars or less. It took HyGrade almost a year to clean up the remaining roofing materials after the install was complete. I had to reach out to them twice to have this completed, and ultimately had to submit a complaint through the Better Business Bureau in order to get any response on this and to get the clean up completed.
