Basic roof single ridge roof so the cost was amazing compared to asphalt. Looks fantastic, and the people were great.
Discovered a small leak in our Hy- grade roof , I left a message to Hy- Grade and within 10 minutes Alex called back and said a technician would be sent within a week . Today the repair person came as promised and completed a first class fix . My wife and I are extremely happy with our new roof. Tim explained the process to us in great detail and answered all our questions. The quote was accurate and the install proceeded in the time frame that we were told. Cameron and his crew did an outstanding job on the roof which was about 8,000 sq. feet. There was a great amount of attention paid to detail and the finished product looks superb. It feels like we have a new house. I have also noticed reduced heating and cooling costs. Great experience from start to finish. Tim, the Roofing consultant was thorough in his explanations and didn't pressure us into a decision. We really like the look of the Hy-Grade shakes, because they have a more "square" look compared to other systems that have a rounded/roof tile look. Cameron and crew did a great job with the installation, even worked the weekend to take advantage of the good weather. They cleaned up every day and were always available to answer our questions.
