Buyer beware!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!! They are a big company scam and not honorable at all. I am an actual client that regrets going with this company. All negative reviews of this Hygrade steel roofing company are truly 100% accurate. Wish i read those. Cant even give them a 1 star but looks like have no choice. They earned themselves zero stars. John at Hy-Grade promised me he would start my roof within one week and he kept his promise. My old roof was leaking. The quality of the material and the workmanship is second to none. The work was completed quickly. The issue that I have is that I was told pine needles will just blow away. That is certainly not the case. I cannot recommend this roof if you have such trees nearby.
Hy-Grade Steel Roofing company is a fantastic company to deal with . They are very professional. Our roof looks so elegant now . Rick who sold us the roof was very pleasant and explained everything . Roof installation was well done. A snow bar was sheared off due to heavy ice on the cottage roof. Not their fault of course. My issue is that they told me 3 years ago they would come and fix it. I'm still waiting. Update: As it turns out, there was a clerical error which put our job in their "completed" file as opposed to the "pending" file which has caused this delay. They have committed to coming to make the correction when we get to our cottage in the next few weeks. I will update at that time.
