Update: Finally was able to speak to someone at Hygrade early 2025. They promised to send someone out to look at it. No one came. I followed up via email end of summer and they ignored it. I agreed to remove this review if they would come out and address it, but they don’t care. Previous Review: The steel roof was installed 20 years ago.
