total ripoff. had my mower for weeks. gas was leaking. they never checked where the leak was coming from and just replaced the gas tank. i brought it home, had the same leak still. charged me $108 for a repair i didn't need, and refuses to refund me the money for charging me money for their mistake. you diagnose *then* replace the defective part. you don't just replace parts without first determining the part is defective first and charge the customer anyway. i could go deeper into my interaction with the owner, and my son's... read more
Recommendedgood lawnmower repair, and quick turn-around
Went to a box box store to get me machine a bought there replaced. They told me 19 bucks to figure out what was wrong with it and 3 weeks. The folks at Hwy 9 Lawn Mower Repair and Sales were so friendly and helpful. They said no problem that they could fix it. 15 minutes later all fixed and walking out the door a happy customer. Unbelievable service and terrific price. You have to go there to repair any small engine.
If you want your machine to work after using it don’t buy or get it fixed here. Also expect to have them keep your machine way past what they tell you. Also keep record of everything you buy or get fixed not the most organized group. Good luck.
