This Yankee's first trip to Tennessee and I stopped here in hopes of finding some good Q. This place did not disappoint! I never had a bbq bologna sandwich but that thing was amazing! Fried okra and bbq beans were really good. Ribs were smokey and perfectly moist and tender. Finished all this off with some delicious sweet tea and the best banana pudding I've ever had. I've had a lot of bbq from many regions in my life and Hwy 58 definitely hits with best I've had. If I'm ever back in Chattanooga I'm coming here again.
Very good and very affordable
Overall, this place I solid. It was my first time there. I ordered the pull pork sandwich with spicy sauce. The sauce had great flavor but they barely put any on the sandwich. Next time I will ask for a side. The pork was soft and flavorful. The potato salad was nasty. The potatoes were hard, not boiled long enough, more watery than my personal preference, and it was a little sweet. I don’t recommend it. Great service and will try them again.
Bbq pork had no flavor bbq beef was trash, fry’s over seasoned, Mac and cheese was nasty, stale bread and disgusting store condition.
