Ate here for the first time yesterday with my girlfriend, and we both really liked it! I love the vintage decor in the restaurant. It reminds me of Cheeburger Cheeburger in a way. Very attentive and friendly service. The fries were awesome! The burgers were pretty greasy but still very good as well. Sometimes you just need a big, greasy burger in your life!
People where very friendly, but food was not. I had a chicken platter. It was over cooked, chicken and fries both. The only thing that was decent was the coleslaw. We complained to the waitress, we probably should have talked to the manager. We weren't even offered a discount for bad food.
Awesome place to eat. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Went there with my adult kids and everyone loved it. Great job!!

Was there 2/25/17. Decor is cool. As far as food n service goes. Food was ok my order was wrong asked for bacon burger got cheese burger they brought the side of bacon it was rubbery fries some were burnt my mother enjoyed her food though. Milkshake was good service was ok a lil slow but the waitress was nice. It was an ok experience
I at one time liked this diner. Today the teen cooks spent more time goofing off than cooking. We waited 30 minutes for our food, then when it came out it was completely wrong. The lovely waitress took it back had them remake it, when she came back to let us know what was going on, she stated they didn't read her ticket correct. Then the order came out again it was completely wrong again. These so called manager was goofing off just as much as the 2 teen cooks. Ok thank you I will make sure this gets back to them. The main manager had to go out of town for the weekend but will be back on Tuesday. We would love for you to come back in so we can show you what should be expected out of our restaurant and servers and cooks. And what a true hwy55 experience is suppose to be.
We enjoyed the burgers/fries combo, but $23.58 is too high. We were not in a hurry, which worked out well. If we had had limited time, then it would not be an option. The retro atmosphere was nice.
