My son and I went tonight and the service was slow. The people behind the counter were laughing and joking around while customers waited. There were food wrappers on the floor as well as napkins and a price of a sandwich. No one seemed to care. The guy on the black shirt did take his foot and move some of it behind the counter but no one bothered to pick it up. I have eaten at several Hwy 55s and this was the worst by far. We had Alexandra for our server the other day and she was amazing! She was so sweet and had my kids laughing to the whole time. The food was well cooked and everything came out super quick!
Slow service- waitress asked what we would like to drink - no drink menu- anyway- I opted for water and my spouse opted for Dr Pepper. Interesting- I never knew about the service here. Pretty Sad! So- get a drink you might like and you can take it off the end of your ticket! Amen!
RecommendedOur server Kaitlyn (sp) was wonderful. She attended to our every need with a smile. Everyone else working here was very nice also. Hamburger, tater tots, cheese steak, and fries were cooked perfectly and piping hot. Thanks for a great afternoon adventure.
