Worst service I've had at any of the restaurants in this chain. Waitresses act like they have better things to do.
OMG the burgers!! And the shakes... AHHH-MAZING!!! 🍔🥤🍟
Extremely slow service. My family of 3 waited nearly 35 minutes for our food. I don't think it was a reflection of the waitress but more so the teenagers running the kitchen. Several to go orders came in and were serviced prior to our dine in... we actually had to walk up and ask for our check because the waitress was taking call in orders over helping our table. The staff tonight definitely needed some leadership in the multitasking.
Out of several different breads, kids tenders only came with half a tender and the waitress didn’t even know if the manager was working tonight or not. Not coming back here again!
Decided to try the hot dog all the way and it was delicious. Not a regular bun, but cut from the top. Chili, slaw, onions... Very clean and wonderful service. Look forward to more visits. 15% off on Tuesdays for Seniors.
I love the chicken cheesesteaks. But the burgers are horrible!
Our food was good. The waitress was very helpful and friendly ; I am sorry, but I can't remember her name. There were two waitresses there and both were extremely busy, but both very helpful. I think they were a little understaffed.
The last 3 times we've been there (today being the 3rd), the service has been really slow. Before that, we would get our food within 5 minutes or so, today took over 20 minutes, and it wasn't even busy. Then, my wife's order was wrong and cold. Ever since the new management took over, I believe it has gone downhill. We used to love it, but we won't be back.
