We ate here when it was new and it was the hot spot, then management changed and it became careless and unfriendly! Tried two more times but they failed, orders were messed up, we were given attitude or they were out of items, or we had to clean our own tables! Looks fun on the outside that's it!
As reported by another reviewer, our experience was also when the staff was solely teenagers, or young adults. My husband's order was wrong. We had to share our table with several little black ants 🐜🐜🐜. When I received my scoop of frozen custard in a cone, it was topped with a fruit fly. When I brought it to the attention of the young lady, she proceeded to use a wadded paper towel she was holding (and had just done who-knows-what with it) and brushed the fruit fly off. Great menu and the folks were very friendly. It was clean and inviting as well.
My husband had the bacon pimento burger and loved it! All around great service, food, and ice cream. We will definitely visit again when we are back in that area.

I HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM HERE. GREAT FOOD!
We walked in and were told to take a seat anywhere and someone would be right with us. We sat down and nobody ever came to serve us. Servers kept walking to other tables but wouldn’t come to ours. We finally decided to leave and when we were walking out all the servers were huddled at the cash register talking.
