Says in the window that they take medicad. Then told nope they don't and they can't help. What sense does that make?
Absolutely wonderful care. As a RN I tend to be a harsh judge of health care providers when they are less than superb. These Nurse Practitioners as well as the doctor are wonderful! I received prompt and thorough care on each visit. My last visit the nurse practitioner was absolutely excellent, caring and attentive. We actually got in and out in less than an hour. Obviously with an urgent care facility this won't always be the case, but we were very impressed with the friendliness and courteousness of the staff and the level of care. It was very clean and and comfortable as well, unlike a few others. We don't have a regular PCP in Huntsville, so we have probably found one now at hwy 53 urgent care.
