Stay away! The ownership/management has changed and it is terrible. It is impossible to speak with an actual person if you need anything. My family has been storing out boat here for many years with no issues until the change. We paid for the month, which involved a price increase mind you, then randomly got a notice we needed to have out stuff out in several days and our contract was being terminated (turned out it was a mistake, as very stressful mistake with a lot of wasted time on hold). I’ve also been calling for the last 2 weeks finally got a hold of someone but I still don’t have access to the building where my unit is in. All the keypads are red, indicating that they are not working. I’ve taken pictures sent them pictures and still no maintenance man has come to open the building. & I’m paying for a unit that I don’t have access to?!?! I’ve even gone as far as calling the police. I’ve stored my trailer here for 5 years and watched this place go downhill with every ownership change. The price has jumped from $99 to $179, but the service has only gotten worse. The office is never staffed, no one answers the phone, and no one returns calls. I recently found out the power to my spot had been shut off without notice — leaving me with dead batteries. The only thing they do consistently is bill you. Do yourself a favor and store your RV somewhere else.

We have tried for 4 days to speak to someone and not AI. 🤬 Be prepared. ALSO, we experienced severe leaking within the past year, we were moved to a new unit , apparently "no leak zone " and don't you know, we have leaking again. Difference is, this time , new Ownership ie no staff on hand ie AWFUL AWFUL service. You have been warned

There is nobody here ever. Facility is dirty and not maintained. Only way to talk to somebody is to call their number and even then it's a toss up if someone answers the phone. The out of state owners really don't seem to care about this place any more and have pawned it off to what seems like some third party management company that just tries to get you to talk to the phone bot for everything. Very frustrating.
