Helen was very helpful during the entire homebuying process. She listened to what our needs were and kept an eye out on homes that fit our criteria. She was realistic (did not give us false hope), and told us exactly what was to be expected during the entire process. I was buying out of province, and Helen made sure we had virtual showings of homes, telling me if something looked, smelled, or felt off. Helen helped us tremendously in acquiring our first home. She was very patient and answered all of our questions as we were buying our first home. One thing that really stood out for me was her honesty and professionalism. She would always tell us about the pros and cons of each property as she saw them to ensure that we didn't miss anything and that we were making an informed decision. Overall, we had a great experience with Helen!
