I can't say enough good things about the plumbing crew that worked on my problem..I have had workers here before but NONE worked as hard or efficient as Daniel W...Zack..Nicholas..and Joe. I also want to say Thank You to Johnathan and Daniel J for helping understand the process. Triple Play Is very lucky to have such good employees..very professional ..trustworthy and kind..
I had 2 AC units broken, they came out the same day I called and quickly identified and repaired both (capacitor issues on both)
After our a/c went out on a holiday weekend, Triple Play was quickly on the scene. Even though we were disappointed to have to replace our unit, Joe was very professional and explained our best options. Our new unit is working great. Thank you!
I called Triple Play Home Services after loosing coolness in the house. Joe Wythe came out that afternoon. He was very professional and courteous. Showing me and explaining the immediate problem and possible concerns going forward with my air conditioner. He also asked me 2 or 3 times during his visit if I have any questions, making sure I'm up to speed. Brought my house back to the cool where it belongs.
