Man, our unit started making this awful grinding noise right as the humidity was peaking. I was honestly dreading the bill, but the tech who came out was so chill. He actually showed me the worn out part and didn't try to upsell me on a whole new system, which I really appreciated. It’s such a relief to finally have a quiet house again. Super solid service, will definitely call them next time things go sideways.
