Whenever the heat kicked on, we noticed a faint burning smell. The cleaning revealed accumulated dust, debris, and even some small items that had fallen inside a vent. After the service and HVAC sanitizing, the smell disappeared completely. We sleep easier now knowing everything is clean and safe.
