We are a homebound, elderly couple whose AC stopped working doing the recent uptick in temps. (Spring, 2026). Rick and the guys at HVAC Master have done several jobs for me at different properties and all have been great. At this place they did 2 different jobs on 2 different days, 1st was my condenser fan motor replaced that went out. Then came back to fix my dual thermostat issue I had. My upstairs was not properly dampered so they installed a bypass damper and supply air sensor to run quieter and more efficiently when that zone was running. They do great work and are very responsive and easy to work with! Thanks a bunch!

Been using HVAC Master for 3 years and fully pleased. They arrive with their toolbag and get to work. Last spring they found an issue that would have caused a problem when the AC was working hard. Got it fixed on the maintenance check so no downtime.

These guys have taken good care of our system. They show up when they say they are and they communicate with us on what to expect. Sorry guys I am horrible at remembering names. But we have had great service with everyone that has come out. Fair prices.

Made a call to look into pricing for a new system. Mentioned mine had went down. They suggested a service call. Made the appointment. AJ kept me advised when it appeared they would be late. They looked over my system, cleaned it, found a short. They said it would work but a part that the wires went through might be week. I asked them to replace it. The air unit works great. The only upselk was if I decided in the future to replace it to give a chance. No hard sell, I will highly recommend them.
