Tech arrived an hour late, smelled terrible and had to borrow my tools. After 3 hours of him not knowing how to wire a board he called for backup. I was then billed $250 to look into the flue pipe. There was a piece of grass in it and they billed me to “remove a bird’s nest”
HVAC Masters have been incredible. I just remodeled my entire salon with a loft. Cooling and heating a loft can be very difficult. Rick and his staff not only helped me but always kept my costs in the forefront of our discussions. That means everything to me. I'd highly recommend them
