HVAC Group (Servio and Amanda) have been taking care of my heating and a/c service and maintenace for a number of years. They respond quickly to HVAC needs. I recently relocated to London from Kitchener, HVAC group travelled to London to install a new A/C unit in my house. They have always provided personal, excellent customer service to me and my neighbours in Kitchener and now in London.

Working with Servio of HVAC Group is great. He is very helpful and reliable. He communicates changes to his schedule, so we are aware and always does an excellent job. Our AC unit started making a terrible noise so we shut it off and called HVAC group. They got back to me same day and we made an appt for a service call. Upon arrival they did a very thorough check of the AC unit and found everything to be functioning properly, and when the unit started up again the noise was indeed gone. I really appreciate the job they did and how detailed they were in checking over my AC unit even though the noise had stopped before they arrived. I highly recommend HVAC Group!
