Very dependable and honest Boyan, is first class expert in his field. I used him last year for light AC work. This time, he replaced my unit and a water heater at a rental and did wonderful work. He did the work for a competitive price and did it very promptly. I have other rentals that I will certainly use him if he is in the service area. Far above normal...exceptional I don't usually do online reviews, but Boyan was far above a normal technician visit. Not only was he prompt, courteous, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable, he was one of the most pleasant repair/installation people I've ever had come to my house. Boyan did a full install (AC and furnace) of a more efficient 3-ton Goodman system for the same price that we got from Comfort Zone for a 2-ton, less efficient, AC only (no furnace) install.
