My experience with this dental office was as follows: The receptionist and dentist yelled at me when I tried to ask questions that were relevant to the claim/billing, as well as the process of treatments. Indeed, they are very rude and unprofessional, especially the receptionist. The dentist is nicer, and his skillset is fine. I only spoke to the receptionist over the phone, I haven’t gone there yet but I noticed the receptionist was a bit rude . Which made me go to look at the reviews , then made me want to cancel my appointment So I called back again to cancel and she hung up on me . So unprofessional

This was the first dentist me and my saw when i first moved to texas.I stopped coming.I have returned and i wish i had never stopped.He is honest about what's going on with my mouth.He and his staff is friendly..I Recommend him.

Dr. is filing false claims to the insurance company. Only reason how I know is that we went to a new dentist for some dental work and ins co said it was already done by this doctor, which in fact, we have not. When our insurance company called, he talked to the insurance company himself (which I find very odd) since he has staff to do that. He told the insurance co that they "mistakenly" sent in a "claim" instead of an "estimate". How many times has this office "mistakenly" done this? We would have never known he did this if... read more
