I am here to talk about my experience. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed appointment and what they did was a cleaning. I thought this was the first thing in the procedure to avoid infection. I was not nervous because I had an appointment for my wisdom teeth removed. I was wrong, they did not remove my wisdom teeth and they said that their clinic only does cleanings. My experience with this dental office was as follows: The receptionist and dentist yelled at me when I tried to ask questions that were relevant to the claim/billing, as well as the process of treatments. Indeed, they are very rude and unprofessional, especially the receptionist. The dentist is nicer, and his skillset is fine. I only spoke to the receptionist over the phone, I haven’t gone there yet but I noticed the receptionist was a bit rude . Which made me go to look at the reviews , then made me want to cancel my appointment So I called back again to cancel and she hung up on me . So unprofessional

This was the first dentist me and my saw when i first moved to texas.I stopped coming.I have returned and i wish i had never stopped.He is honest about what's going on with my mouth.He and his staff is friendly..I Recommend him.
