Spacious unit near to shopping. Tayo was helpful with all of our questions.
Avenue Living called me twice to confirm the appointment and texted me the day of. I showed up on time and called their number, they told me no one was available. The whole point of an appointment is to have someone available. Wasted my time and money to get there for no reason at all. Extremely unprofessional, I feel bad for any residents having to deal with these people.
WARNING – THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING WITH AVENUE LIVING! I lived in this apartment for the past four years and took great care of the unit. Throughout my tenancy, I maintained the apartment responsibly and caused no significant damage. When I moved in, I paid a $400 security deposit. After moving out, I was shocked to see that Avenue Living charged me $325 for repairing two small nail holes from picture frames that were side by side on a wall.
