We moved into our new apartment on October 1st and were shocked by its condition. The glass in the kitchen window was missing, two window screens were damaged, there was a visible gap between the patio door and the wall, and the oven didn’t work. Really no service at all. Didn't expect much more, getting tired of asking. Only paying 1500 plus a month. The east door is still broken and the call box doesn't work. Disappointing at the very least.

We takeover a lease here, the tenant before us lived for 2 years. Then we continue to live here for 6 months and just end it there. The main reason we end the contract is because of the staff and their service. It’s really hard to get ahold of help when we have a concern or problem. The dryer in laundry room is always broken, wasted my time and money a couple times. Very bad experience to live here. There are so many snales outside the apartment and entering the unit through balcony and no response from the property manager.
