I selected a person I wanted to fix my toilet. Within an hour, I got a text he was not available (even though the app said he was), and the job was re-assigned. The person showed up having no parts whatsoever, nor even any tools. I should have flushed the toilet before he left (live and learn). The toilet is totally broken now. I called him and the voice mail is full and no way to call or text. I dont know how they have any positive reviews.
