We had a slow water leak in our front yard. We contacted our contractors (that originally built the house) to see if they recommended anyone in the area. We no more than texted them and got a phone call from Keith. He said that our contractor had called him/he had just got off the phone with her. He was very nice and scheduled his guys to come look at our plumbing the next day. (He would have had them there that day if they all weren't out of town on another job.) I don’t even know where to start. We called to schedule an appointment and were able to get one pretty soon. My husband took the day off, NO show. We both tried to call the office multiple times. Finally, hours later we received a call back and were told she doesn’t have a number to the technician to check on the status, but she will have them come by first thing in the morning. The main water shut off to my new home ruptured. The plumbing was installed by Hutto. My home warranty told me to call Hutto for repair. After 5 calls with no answer, mailbox full, finally a woman answered. Indifferent and irritated, she advised she would call me back the next morning and have a repair person respond out. No call, no show, now answer. I found a different company and had to pay out of pocket. Save yourself the hassle of this very unprofessional "business. "

I recent purchased my home and unfortunately the builder’s warranty company uses this business. I made two separate appointments that no one showed up for. I took time off from work and never received a phone call to let me know that they weren’t coming. I contacted Huttos a third time and was told that they would look into the issue and give me a call back.
