Several years ago they failed to put freon in one side of a 20 ton split brand new and it burnt it up. They made no effort to do anything. Just sitting here breaking it down to keep spare parts where it has been since in the storage. Kind of pissed me off again. We took a total loss on the whole thing but they didn't install the next two. At least I have one good compressor 2 fans a coil and various parts for later. A friend of mine has continually phoned with little or NO response. She's been without air now for about 6-7 weeks, yet they were the ones that installed the unit. They had sent a technician over, supposedly had added freon to the unit but failed to put the caps back on, found them sitting on top of the unit. If the freon escaped, that's a Major EPA Violation. Unit failed to work, and the blower inside the home, NOT COOLING or RUNNING at all.
Very professional and honest people.
Was excellent were professional and quick cleaned up everything and asked if we need anything else
