I ordered 2 gluelam beams and 4 posts from my local retailer. When they arrived from Woodgrain in Tigard OR, the posts were soaking wet on one side. I returned them and my salesperson was assured that dry ones were on the way. They also arrived wet. I called the manufacturer, Roseboro in Springfield, who makes quality products and was told that proper handling and storage information was provided to wholesalers, allowing them to get wet voided the factory warranty, to return them (again) and that they shouldn't have been sol... read more
