I’ve been a A&P Technician for 40 years. I ran a Widebody Hangar for a major airline for 20 years. So this my opinion of Hutson, John Deere. Hutson has a professional honest maintenance department. Honest straight forward explanation of all maintenance that needed to be done on both My 1989 14 SB walk behind mower And my X835 riding mower. All Maintenance was explained both prior and after. There were no surprises. Excellent maintenance department
This is a review to the customer service that I encountered one day at Hutson John Deere. I had just picked a new car and was cruising down 96, in construction with no off ramp and I realized that I was getting low on fuel. The very first exit I got off at looked a little desolit and now I was on E. I pulled into the Hutson John Deere delarship and inquired where the closest gas station was and the gentleman replied about 5 miles down the road.
