Hula Hut is my favorite all around restaurant in Austin. The food is absolutely delicious. I enjoy the Pipeline Enchilada, Hawaiian fajitas, and fresh fish tacos.
The is my favorite restaurant for Mexican Food. It is well worth the wait for the food and drinks. It's fun, friendly, relaxing, and super duper yummy. There's something for everyone although I suggest the Chicken Pipeline made with flour tortillas instead of corn.
OK, so this is a popular restaurant in town, but for good reason. I love that they have their own unique twist on Tex-Mex with a Polynesian flair. Their salsa is fantastic, but beware because it has mangoes in it. Depending on how allergic you might be to mangoes, you might want to watch out. I love their tubular tacos which are huge and can be shared by two people! The view is great because they're right on the dock, but on weekends, be prepared for a long wait (like 1-2 hours).
