Installing and servicing residential home comfort systems. In retro-fitting older homes and new construction, we also work on small businesses and institutions. For the rural areas in NW Missouri we also provide minor electrical, plumbing and digging work and have an insulation machine for adding cellulose to older homes. We also provide 24 hour emergency service on the weekends and accept all major credit cards.

I am very upset with Hutch's. We had new heating and air put in our home through them. The person who came to check it out before they installed the heater said I should have a larger unit than the one I had. I agreed. It didn't run properly, they sent out a guy who "fixed" it, but it still didn't work. They sent another guy much later and they somewhat fixed it. Another time I called and told them it wouldn't turn on all the time like it should, and they wouldn't come out, told me to look for a "code", but there was no code... read more
Hutch's Heating did our new furnace unit in our 124 year old home that didn't have anything but Floor Furnaces in it. We are completely satisfied with their work.From the installers ,who were very respectful and kind. That took the time to clean up after themselves, to the owner Roger, who was always gracious and knowledgeable to us. They have proven to us, to be a great company to have in our home. Visit after visit and they kept telling me it was fixed. Spent a small fortune last year. This year was headed in the same direction. If I ran my business this way.. I wouldn’t be in business.
They have said they serviced each time my elderly mother called. No paperwork left or followup phone call as to problem fixed per my request . For a new / old problem I made an appt for the following day an husband stayed home from work. Said we were 2nd on list. On my late afternoon call to check where repair person was, I found out they were closed. If we still wanted a call it was now an after hours charge. So my parents got there heater "fixed" a few days ago. It didn't get fixed like they said. My dad called them today and wanted them to come out and fix it free of charge. He didn't want to pay twice and shouldn't be expected to. He went out there and a man completely blew him off. My dad called back up there and the woman had the nerve to hang up on him.
