I wouldn't even give this place and the apartments a full star. Hutchinson is overpriced, with unaccommodating staff. The place is nice but not worth the money whatsoever - I signed a lease with them - $990 for 2 BR not even inside of williamsport. Every time I have tried to call the offices and talk to someone theyre always busy and I never get a call back. The walls are paper thin here, no utilities included, and theres constantly utility and maintenance trucks parked in mine and my neighbors parking spots, like wtf?! Over... read more
The owner do not pay workers on time and ask for more work than in the job description before paying them. Also lie to tenants about many things including manipulate the contract, kicked tenants out on January of the rental space by saying we did not pay on the 14th of this month. By state law it is illegal not to mention there were over 8 years left in the 10 year contract. the owner called local cops to the property we were on and forced us out.
