Went in with a migraine. Wasn’t going to do anything for me and then I started throwing up and then he ordered some meds and fluids. I requested medication that was safe for me to take while breastfeeding. Told me I should quit breastfeeding my 10 month old and prescribed a medication that is contraindicated while breastfeeding. Never met a physician that was so uncaring.
Huge lump in belly. Called ER, they said it was a hernia. Doctor Shaw looked at it, said. I don't know what this is. Gave me a referral to another doctor because he didn't know what it was. I then brought the paperwork from ER into his office. THEN he said the ER can write down anything they want.
Dr. Lane has been such a great doctor for our kids. He is so smart and great with kids. I highly recommend him and his staff!
Good listener as he took history. Answered questions. Explained conditions well.
He figured out I had a ruptured appendix. Removed it, and have had no complications.
He should move on to a new career. Offered no help and clearly didn’t want to be there.
He was very rude. No bedside manner. I am easy going and the moment he walked in the room he started being verbally aggressive. I was in back and stomach pain and he was like what do want me to do about it. I am not the doctor you tell me. It felt like he just wanted to rush me out of the clinic. I had to go to the ER to get care. He didn't examine me, run test or anything just started prescribing meds.
Awful. I will never let him see a member of my family again. He wanted a spine X-ray when we knew it was muscular, when we said no, he kept rolling his eyes. He never looked at us directly and never introduced himself. Never again.
Dr. Lane takes all the time I need to cover any concerns I have for my 2 year old. He works great as a team with the specialists we have had to see. He's calm, understanding, and my lil guy likes him. He is thorough and his staff are all super nice as well.
