Yesterday, I made a offer that was accepted, filled out credit app, waiting all afternoon noon for a answer, then to be told a customer just walked in and paid cash full ask plus taxes. What a crock. I would not deal with this dealership, ever. Period.

...sure they are friendly till you drive out the lot. We purchached a used car with them last week for my 16 yr old son. They told me they checked the car completely....its a great car..that's what they said... After several miles we noticed the reverse camera was upside down and the whole park assist was defect. Once we drove a few days, more alerts, seems like mayor engine problems ....my son could have been in an accident breaking down middle of the highway... quote from dealer.....$7000 repairs..called them. back..not so... read more

Re Service Department: I’m waiting for my vehicle with plenty of time to watch and listen. Jim Maggard and the other service consultants are in a constant fast pace, moving from their building to the other in a speed walk, yet super pleasant. In the last 5 min, I’ve watched Jim get stopped by a mechanic, a salesman and 2 customers while trying to close out his current issue - and with each stop he is respectful, addressed everyone with ‘Yes ma’am’ and ‘Sure thing, Sir’ and all with a smile.
