Had to make several calls over several weeks to get the work done but was very satisfied once completed.
We issued a check for half of the work Feb. 2016 and have not seen them since. I was promised they would be out here this past week and have not seen them yet. I'm very disappointed in this company.
They were great.
Very prfessional salesman, office receptionist and installers. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had in a pleasant , courteous manner. I placed several called to the office regarding delivery and installation dates and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
Awning was installed wrong twice
The material for our awning which was a stock color took a very long time to deliver and then the measurements were taken wrong so our awning had to be cut down to fit the awning.
Guy met me at the house and when I got there he was already working on the long arm. He got the awning rolled up to prevent any more damage and will return and replace the swing arm when it comes in. The fact that the awning is rolled up and not subject to more damage is a blessing. I was very pleased and there was no charge for the estimate or the work he did. VVery impressive.
