Terrible experience with them as property managers in 2012, highly recommend everyone avoid this company.
Horrible experience with these people! I used them in 2011 when I first got stationed on Fort Drum and they mistreated and abused their "power" they over priced the home and did not follow regulation when I went through my divorce to allow me as a PFC to end the lease. And if youve been in the military you know that privates are not allowed to live outside the barracks unless married per Army regulation. Don’t rent a house/apartment from these people. Nobody answers the phone (answering machine), nobody will call you back from the answering machine, phone number may or may not be working, all work orders take a very long time to receive a response or if you get a response at all. I still have a two foot by two foot square hole in the ceiling of my spare bedroom, left by a plumber and the management will not fix it. It’s been over two years now. That’s just one problem. I have about five of them.
