Furnace Assessment My husband and I moved into a new home and were told by a worker from another heating company that our furnace had to be replaced immediately. Let us begin by saying that Berta was picky from the beginning, complaining about things beyond our control, like the financing rules in Canada and such. But when Berta called us after the installation, complaining about the noise coming from her basement, we took it very seriously and sent the installer back to her house.
