New a/c, furnace and tankless water heater Husky recently replaced our air conditioner, furnace and water heater. We added a ‘cased’ evaporating coil, bottom return air plenum and changed our existing air cleaner and humidifier too. Very professional & Responsive customer service during and after I was recommended this vendor by my Agent that sold us the house. The staff that arrived was so professional and so responsive. Air conditioning service On a beautiful day in mid June 2018 we had some Air Conditioner condensation backup resulting in water dripping into the furnace - this was two days before the forecasted hottest day of the year so far. Called Husky Concord and spoke with Victoria (extremely pleasant) and explained the situation. Installation of HVAC Sam and Ali who came to replace our furnace, AC and water heater were prompt and efficient in their work. They also ensured that there was minimal dirt by ensuring they kept the rugs everywhere in the house and also vacuuming the basement at the end of their work. They also contacted the Energy Inspector who was there the next day. Sam explained me how to operate all these equipment. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend them. The sales agent Dmitiri was also very helpful.
Furnace maintainance The technician was very courteous and pleasant. He cleaned very well and made sure everything was in good order. We've been dealing with Husky for many years, from installing furnace and air conditioning to having them maintained. We have always had professional and courteous service and would recommend them to family and friends, which we have actually done.

Furness and tankless water heater Our water heater broke down last spring and we decided to go tankless. Because the technicians, Sam and Ali were very professional we decided to replace our ancient furness to a new efficient one. They were right our gas bill decreased significantly. We would highly recommend Husky Heating and Air conditioning to our friends.

Service call on cold and snowy weekend, and furnace replacement My furnace went off on a cold and snowy Saturday. The phone of my regular service provider (and installer of the furnace) was not answered. I called Husky, and was assured that a technician would phone me in 15 minutes. Dan phoned, and while he was still on another job, he could be with me in 2 hours' time. Dave phoned me before two hours was up to explained that Dan was tied up, and arranged for him to help me out.
