Frat houses in the same area, right across the street was a lot of frat brothers that didn't make it safe for the young lady.
Pay little more but live secure place!!! I won't recommend this place! Being a Father now I realize I shouldn't get this Studio for my daughter, I feel my daughter isn't safe here, Not safe vibes here. I am regretting now! But now too late.

Cheap place. Affordable. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When on tour, the guy giving the tour was overly flirtatious and unprofessional towards my girlfriend. It made both of us uncomfortable and left a negative impression that I can’t overlook.
Quick service, great management, very affordable Emmanuel is a life saver and helped me out big time The apartment itself is very clean and the building is sturdy
