Wish I could give em a negative rating. LANDLORD IS HORRIBLE!!! They NEVER answer the phone, don't return calls or voicemails, won't respond to text messages, they don't even answer emails. Tiny studio apartments. I lived here for 1 1/2 yrs nd it was HORRIBLE!! The building has MAJOR issues like cockroach nd other bug infestation & bottom level of apartment building constantly floods. The building needs to b condemned. DO NOT RENT FROM STONE MOUNTAIN PROPERTY!!!
