Workers are nice n helpful if you have questions
All the salesman's and the finance man and the finance manager were just excellent I felt very welcome I was treated kindly and they helped me to be able to get my vehicle. I would definitely refer someone to huskers to buy their next vehicle.
I called the parts department today and spoke with a lady named Mega (however it’s spelled) and also with Zach. Both of them were rude and unhelpful. I was asking about a fuse block for my car, and instead of actually trying to help me, Mega told me the part was “impossible to find” and then just hung up on me. Zach wasn’t any better—he didn’t take the time to explain anything or offer any real assistance. That’s not how a dealership should treat customers. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and disregard for privacy at Huskers Chevy. They shared personal information about a family member’s vehicle with someone who had no legal right to access it—simply because they knew the person. That is an unacceptable breach of trust and a serious violation of privacy. To make matters worse, Zack from the Parts Department is the worst and rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HUSKER AUTO! They sold me a 2017 Ford Edge and the check engine light went off 3 days after I bought it. I told them about it, had the service department check it out and they said nothing was wrong. A couple of weeks later my car lost power as I was driving on the highway because the temperature gauge said the car was overheating. My husband called to tell them they sold us a lemon, but they wouldn't help us at all because it was a used car and sold as is. No integrity.
