I called this Chevy dealership five different times trying to get information about a part — impact sensors. The lady I spoke with, Maggie, told me my car doesn’t even have them, which is just not true. Every car has impact sensors. I had to correct her, and instead of actually helping, she asked a coworker for help, then said she still couldn’t find them and just hung up on me. Super rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service — if you don’t know the answer, at least don’t hang up on customers trying to get help.
