Drove over and hour after speaking with Drew about purchasing a specific vehicle, he started paperwork over the phone and we got there waited 30 minutes for him to finish up something else, then another salesman comes and told me they just sold it to someone else as I was sitting there waiting. Very unprofessional.
I really enjoyed enjoyed doing business with Adrian at huskers auto. He was real professional and helpful with getting us a great vehicle and fast. Called in to get a door handle replaced and asked if they had the part on stock. They told me they would have to see if the handle needed replaced first. Took it in and they charged me $120 to tell me I needed a new door handle and I would have to bring it in when the part came in. Also, the code reader said there was a problem with cylinder #7. They pulled the spark plug and the ceramic around the electrode was broken. Then they put the broken spark plug back in and charged me $120 and said I'd have to bring it back in to r... read more
